Hello happy-customer team

I'd like to ask you to add openSUSE Leap 15.4 to SCC and preferably
(unless not recommended) mark it as Beta.

We did not reach Beta yet, we aim at end of February, where code-
submission deadline for Beta is on February 16th. 

I'd like to unblock team which tests migration from Leap to SLE.
