There is no repo_checker anymore but now was rebuildpacs. Leap 15.3's has no uninstallable problem for x86_64, for Backports, https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP3:Staging/dashboard/rebuildpacs.openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP3-standard.yaml?expand=1 we now only had one which regarding to branding

openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP3/standard/x86_64/sddm:
problem:
- nothing provides sddm-theme-SLE needed by sddm-branding-SLE-0.18.0.x86_64
- nothing provides sddm-theme-openSUSE needed by sddm-branding-openSUSE-0.18.0.x86_64

We do rebuild sddm in Leap:15.3 already, therefore it isn't a problem for Leap 15.3. I think we can close this ticket.
