  • harass maintainers

  • wipebinaries of failed packages after checking whatdependson

  • wipebinaries of unresolvables

  • file delete requests

from where are coming those numbers ?
if I look at https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/openSUSE:Leap:15.3
then for ppc64le the two numbers are: 2/1 nothing to do with above 119/115

for x86_64, we have 0 fail in openSUSE:Leap:15.3, openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP3 has had only one build fail tensorflow2:hpc, it should just because of build unreliable, so let's closing this ticket.
