Agree on the scope of co-operation of Package Hub and Release team for incoming changes to Backports.
One of the selling points was that we'll have more resources to review and process incoming changes.
I'd like to document scope of our co-operation.

PackageHub people should do a "training" or write a wiki page for handling SR for Backports for openSUSE Release team, so we can effectively help them rather than guess&try.
