One of action items on retrospective were network proxy configuration during installation
this is currently not possible during GUI install RFE: https://jira.suse.com/browse/PM-1895

However it can be done during the text-install. We just need to advertise it bit more.
define proxy on Linuxrc commandline https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Linuxrc#p_proxy

My idea here is to make sure it's documented here https://doc.opensuse.org/documentation/leap/startup/book-opensuse-startup_color_en.pdf
This book is also part of the Leap 15.2 Box, therefore it would be available to users in a printed form.

And then make a blog post referencing the feedback during retro and how to do this with reference to RFE which is considered for implementation.
