Description
Currently Jump have enabled ignore_missing_packages="true" in the ftp tree build for workaround package not found issue eg. scalapack-openmpi3, etc., we need to disable it before release and to ensure all RPMs was there, or filter them out from NON_FTP_PACKAGES list(bad choice though).
