Description
some packages are marked as coming from SLE even though not all or none of it's source packages are actually maintained there. Need to compute a list and discuss with maintenance.

This information was requested by maintenance in the past as there are packages that have to be updated despite not maintained in SLE. Normally maintenance does not even start an update in IBS for them, so missed when they were needed for Leap. Think of eg the mingw packages that are used only for building in SLE but are actually part of the repo in Leap. Not sure if their tooling is smarter on their own now. Better confirm.
