Description
some packages accidentally diverge from sle. try to merge as many as possible

I went to the sle newer list this morning. need to do it again after next checkin round. As per discussion this morning also the python packages need to be merged. You don't have to decide yourself, make a list and send it to Dirk. If in doubt we should sync with sle if possible.
