Description
remaining repo checker failures need to be fixed.
Also, the whitelist should be reviewed if it lists too much

Summary for reference:
- submit science/netcdf to add avoid file conflict
- delete openSUSE:Leap:15.0/hamster-time-tracker since uninstallable
- delete openSUSE:Leap:15.0/kiwi-instsource-plugins-openSUSE-13-2 since uninstallable and no longer needed after switch to new product builder
- delete openSUSE:Leap:15.0/x-tile since uninstallable

- openSUSE:Factory/python-openstack-doc-tools as dependency removed in Factory
