Description

pkglistgen can generate drop lists via
https://github.com/openSUSE/osc-plugin-factory/pull/1289

The mechanism however still needs to be integrated to actually do it when generating the package lists. The way it's meant to work is basically to store the metadata of all previously published snapshots as well as all distributions we may use as base for upgrading. With that history, generate a drop list based on metadata of the snapshot at hand.

Deployed to tortuga, triggered manual run, and seems to have worked.

Feel free to drop the obsoletepackages.inc in the 000package-groups if looks good.

Works fine so far. The only part missing (that was not there before either) is to include the update repo. Due to the lp150 prefix, maintenance updates with the same version in 42.3 are always considered newer. That hurts esp with python single spec.
