move /CD1 to /usr/lib/skelcd/CD1
Additional open questions:
- YaST gives an error for the slide show not having checksums / registered checksums: http://paste.opensuse.org/76263744
- Where should slideshow files be located? installed files to /usr/lib/skelcd/CD1/suse/setup/slide seems product builder unhappy with that, yes, it's DATADIR.
