the desktop file translation mechanism needs to be automated
- enhance scripts to pull from :Update
- create a user on openqa.opensuse.org
- get some space in /space
- create a cron job to update desktop files
- merge with git repo
- push git repo
- implement some notification if the translation package needs update.
