install compat symlinks for ports

Description

Ensure that compatability symlinks for ports are set up (all was merged to the main project).
This is only for users migrating from versions before 15.3.
We also advertised that users should use openSUSE-repos for repo definitions.

Please create symlinks for 15.6 and any missing ones for 15.5. I see that we did not really set it for sources since 15.1 ...
