Not sure what to do with skelcd-openSUSE as it does not seem to have a Leap specific version number and nothing relevant in revision history.

Ah, right. that one is fixed meanwhile to not have the version anymore

skelcd-control-openSUSE has been merged and so has build. This would seem done then?
