Hello QA,
I think it would be wise consider using some proxy cache in order to avoid using too much of traffic in between openQA and cdn.opensuse.org (BCL has to pay for bandwith).

CDN / Fastly.com early adoption is quite recent and we could avoid unnecessary expenses by ensuring that we pull stuff from a cache instead. I predict a wider adoption of cdn.opensuse.org in a near future.
