which entry to set as default?

Description

If no default is set, systemd-boot would just sort entries and take the first one. Might coincidentally work but what if there is a default? Need to update it if a newer kernel gets installed, at least on a RW system.

sdbootutil calls bootctl set-default. It selects the kernel with the highest version
