Description
There should be no more package additions and removals from SLES after Beta code-submission deadline.
Let's make sure that subpackages respect recent additions/deletions of packages from SLES/Leap etc.

Selected dates are our Beta code-submission deadline -> Beta build is done.
In between Beta and RC is fine.

There is unsorted.yml in 000product stored a binary package list for those binary package were not part of SLE product but generated from supported source package, this list is calculated by the definition in 000package-groups. It was generated by pkglistgen, we need to let pkglistgen know some of those binary package should added to packagehub-subpackage module.
There is unneeded.yml in 000package-groups stored a binary package list for those binary package were not part of SLE product but generated from non-supported source package. We should remove packages PackageHub needed from this list and move to packagehub-subpackage module, I afraid there is not a good schema to get the things we want, because this list also containing all obsoleted binary package from the previous SPx.
