change symlink openSUSE-current in distribution/, update/, source/ and debug/ to point to new release

Make sure that this is also changed, for sources and debug.

Needs to be done on both ftp-stage, and ftp.

We're few hours from the actual release day. I'll update symlinks to mirrors have a chance to be up2date at 12:00 UTC tmrw.
