Description
I need "auto-unselect-obsoleted-submissions" feature in staging adi command, or at least it can lists what submissions is obsoleted(declined/revoked) in adi stagings. It should not integrate to 'staging list' command as sometimes we leave declined request on normal staging for some reason, but in staging adi command should be sane and harmless.
