Zvezdana, can you provide me a plan of the work related with merchandising and some dates so I have something as base for coordinating other tasks related with the merchandising in FOSDEM and oSC14?

Please coordinate this with Kent. Maybe it would be a good idea to include him in the tool so he also can interact with us.

  • complete preparation for printing - 8th January EOB
  • decide on final numbers of materials that will be printed - 9th january
  • solve problems with payment for banner and tablecloth since company which was provided is not accepting amex - or find another printing company - 9th january
  • send materials to print - latest 10th January

  • depending on response from printing office for t-shirts and stickers request test print till 10th

  • find out date of oSC14 and create action plan accordingly
