Description

in order for OBS to have a chance to generate deltas between snapshots the previously released snapshot needs to be kept somehow. An idea would be to make the totest manager release the to be published snapshot into a specific obs project.

okurz suggested I note that Tumbleweed Snapshots that I keep are effectively this although not kept in OBS. Still need to be hosted by openSUSE proper, but nothing preventing that.
