eg. images repository,

it is valid repo trying to build image, however repochecker thinks it's a good repo but excluded, then it will not executing _download to get good downloads, after that rq.download is empty, that lead to the result "No matching downloads for disturl found."

https://github.com/openSUSE/osc-plugin-factory/commit/3fb42d13852657e0ce40e2acb14b2b9b85cb3c98 should fixed it, already applied on packagelists, will let it running a while before closing this one.
