Description

for drop requests repochecker needs to verify no other package still requires the to be dropped one

it's a bit tricky if the delete request actually was replacing by another package and it's non-ring(you can't see build status during stage period) package...

Since no updates for a year, assume this is no longer being worked on. repo_checker does verify that no build deps require package removed in delete request, but does not check runtime deps [1] nor handle renames were replacements are staged in same group [2]. Will track on github.
