Description
As a first step, visualize the build-compare results. The tools should somehow show tables, stats, graphs about packages that got rebuilt without source change but not marked as equal by build-compare.
Check e.g.
$ osc jobhist --limit=5 openSUSE:Factory aaa_base standard x86_64
The tool could be written in python as external tool like osc, but a plugin for in ruby would be preferrable so it can access the data structures directly.
