the nvidia drivers need to be uploaded as soon as the kernel ABI is stable enough

I did reach out to Stefan, however we're currently blocked at kABI freeze https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1189916

Stefan suggested to use same repository for Leap and SLE.

Update from Stefan: Drivers for stable kABI are in repository. But nVidia will release an updated driver today, so I will trigger another update tonight or tomorrow morning. But this does not need to stop you from releasing Leap 15.4.
