Hi Ricardo
many thanks for your report, but that is not an official mirror of ours. I don't know how you were directed to that one?
The official mirror at Purdue is:
http://plug-mirror.rcac.purdue.edu/opensuse
It works fine:
wget http://plug-mirror.rcac.purdue.edu/opensuse/repositories/Emulators:/Wine:/Debian/xUbuntu_18.04/i386/libfaudio0_19.07-0~bionic_i386.deb--2021-09-26 19:12:51-- http://plug-mirror.rcac.purdue.edu/opensuse/repositories/Emulators:/Wine:/Debian/xUbuntu_18.04/i386/libfaudio0_19.07-0~bionic_i386.deb

Hi pjessen,
Thank you for your response.
Maybe it's my use case that's not that usual. I probably should have clarified that.
The fetching of this file is done by an automated build process in Travis.
I'm using a Docker image based on Ubuntu 18.04. Then I try to install Wine:
RUN curl -L https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/winehq.key | apt-key add - && \
apt-add-repository https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu
RUN curl -L https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Emulators:/Wine:/Debian/xUbuntu_18.04/Release.key | apt-key add - && \
apt-add-repository 'deb https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Emulators:/Wine:/Debian/xUbuntu_18.04/ ./'
RUN apt-get update && apt-get install -y --no-install-recommends winehq-stable
All files are fetched with success, until these two fail:
E: Failed to fetch https://plug-mirror.rcac.purdue.edu/opensuse/repositories/Emulators:/Wine:/Debian/xUbuntu_18.04/i386/libfaudio0_19.07-0~bionic_i386.deb 404 Not Found [IP: 128.211.151.252 443]
E: Failed to fetch https://plug-mirror.rcac.purdue.edu/opensuse/repositories/Emulators:/Wine:/Debian/xUbuntu_18.04/amd64/libfaudio0_19.07-0~bionic_amd64.deb 404 Not Found [IP: 128.211.151.252 443]
E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?
It's always these two files.
This seems to be failing randomly. For example, yesterday morning we had no problems. This afternoon we're getting the error.
Locally it's not possible to reproduce this, maybe I'm being directed to a another mirror.
On Travis, it started happening every once in a while.

Basically, using https://download.opensuse.org is currently somewhat experimental and unsupported. I would suggest you revert to http://download.opensuse.org and everything should work fine.
