default owner of all packages in d:l:p*</p>
<p><a href="mailto:python-devel-owner@lists.opensuse.org">python-devel-owner@lists.opensuse.org</a> is of course email alias to the <br>
owner of <a href="mailto:python-devel@lists.opensuse.org">python-devel@lists.opensuse.org</a> email list, which has nothing <br>
to do with OBS.</p>

And if so, someone has to register an OBS dummy user account using <a href="mailto:python-devel@lists.opensuse.org">python-devel@lists.opensuse.org</a>. But that anyone can do, doesn't it?</p>
