closedManual test hibernation on hyperv, report the outcome, schedule the appropriate hibernation test.

Description
Since Yast is enabling hibernation by default (and we verify it here https://openqa.suse.de/tests/7059780#step/hibernation_enabled/1) if architecture is x86_64, and dose not enable it for other archs. However, it is unsure whether it actually works for hyperv, as it is only recently supported on mainstream kernel, see https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Linux-5.5-Hyper-V-Hibernate. I could not find out if the patch mentioned in the article has been backported to current SLE/Leap's kernel, but if not then then this would be a relatively minor bug. If so, we should consider adding this info to (Open)Suse's documentation (eg a simple mention that hibernation on hyperv is not supported but may work on TW), and/or ask kernel team if they will backport the patch.
Tasks:
- manual test hibernation on SLE or Leap
- If it does not work, contact documentation and/ore kernel team to address this (minor) issue.
- based on outcome, schedule hibernation_enabled or hibernation_disabled in one of the hyperv test suites.
