Description
Although we actually refuse to receive these and even bounce them with a nice message, we still process about 8-10.000 every day ...
It seems like a lot of unnecessary traffic (which nobody clearly cares about), maybe we should just discard those messages?

This morning I redirected some of these to my own address, to see what they are.
Coming from "smtp-out[12].suse.de" many are "OBS Notification", build failures - undeliverable for various reasons. Some are standard postfix notifications of "Delayed Mail (still being retried)".
In the last three months, since June 10, we have received (and rejected) 571416 of these :-)
If OBS really does not care about the delivery status of those notifications, it would be better to use "Return-Path: <>" and avoid a lot of unnecessary traffic. It seems it is not possible to use 'discard' in "handling_special_recipients", so I'll leave it as it is.
