Observation¶

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Staging:B-Staging-DVD-x86_64-autoyast_mini@64bit fails in
clone

Since Friday evening, all Tumbleweed staging projects fail on the same test. This is a good indication that the error is not product related (stagings are based on previously working states + limited set of changes) but rather an openQA change.

According to for example https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1862643#investigation the list of potential candidates being able to cause this is very limited. Sadly, this was merged Friday just before end of business - and broke all stagings over the weekend (blocking TW from rolling on)

Test suite description¶

Autoyast installation test using minimal profile, hence relying on default values. Configured parameters are set not to ignore any messages and create users as per requirements for openQA tests.

Reproducible¶

Fails since (at least) Build B.445.1 (current job)

Expected result¶

Last good: B.444.2 (or more recent)
