Description

I am updating from several repositories, i.e. wine and KDE and they are
painfully slow. I'm in the SF Bay Area and am seeing speeds under 2Mbps,
usually hovering around 160 KiB/s.

Hi Aaron,
it's difficult to do much without knowing which server you got redirected to. It is possible you ended up using download.o.o, I don't know if we had an up-to-date mirror with repositories in the US.

The provo mirror is still 4 hours behind, so you were likely being served by a European mirror.
