According to https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1779824#next_previous this is a new test that was added and never worked.
Please add new tests first to the devel group to work out until functional, then move to the actual product group.
This would save the RelMgr a headache trying to find out why some new failure shows up - when in fact it's just an untested new test suite

@dimstar: Katerina has leftSUSE some time ago and I can see that the testcase was removed from Tumbleweed already. I have no idea who has added the rtestcase. Would you be ok if I close this ticket as invalid?

If you don't care about the maintainer field in the test module being updated then likely the next time it will again be hard to find out who should take care
