Rodion Iafarov left SUSE. I updated his 'riafarov' IDP contact email to a dummy one for now, but progress.o.o might have its own copy.

I'm closing this. The problem is in the SUSE mail setup - the mimecast service simply accepts everything at first, but when a mail is attempted delivered to Microsoft 365, and it is refused, we get a late NDR. It is also addressed to the wrong address, for some reason it is bounced to admin@o.o instead of the list bounce address.
Interestingly, I have not seen many of these lately, maybe something was updated in the SUSE setup.
