We have 12-13-14 mirrors supplying Tumbleweed in the US, which ought to be enough, but some users are still sometimes being given mirrors on other continents, e.g. in Europe.

A typical European user might see a few local mirrors, 40-something in other countries (but same continent) and 25 elsewhere (other continents).
A US user might see 12-13 mirrors in the same country, none in other countries and 59 elsewhere (other continents).

If mirrorbrain round-robin selection algorithm routinely hands out mirrors on other continents, that does not sound right when there are 12-13 mirrors in the same country. I am only logging this so I don't forget.
