Observation

Test is using tar which is not available in given environment

As it's transactinal server role, we will likely need a reboot in order to install the package, but it should be easily available.
We use tarballs to test installation of the packages, so tar is mandatory.

openQA test in scenario opensuse-15.3-DVD-x86_64-transactional_server@64bit fails in
transactional_update

Test suite description

Installation only of the transactional updates and read-only root fs role.
