I'm guessing you had a Forum account previously and did not migrate, you used the same email address for the new account? If so what was the username and email address used.

I had the old account "Alekssan" assigned to the same name. I did the migration procedure as it was described on the IDP portal. However, I could not access it anymore since the transition to the other credentials platform in July 2020, so I created "Alekssan2" to be able to log in.

I tried logging in "Alekssan" again today and it worked! Apparently the forum doesn't allow two accounts with the same e-mail to exist.

I assume it solves my problem.

Yes, if emails the same I have to invalidate the old one. I will close this then.
