Observation

Somehow when we reboot after installation, grub shows up, but we get to the bios.
This seems to be some sort of a workaround, which we use on arm. But we fail to get to the installed system grub.

Another hint is that it happens in USB installation only, and e.g. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/5539334 works fine.

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP3-Online-x86_64-USBinstall@uefi fails in

Fails since (at least) Build 153.1
