Description

Since Spack is now available on Tumbleweed this ticket is about writing a openQA test for it.

I believe this would add a lot of value to openSUSE for everyone who manages cluster environments with it (e.g. the scientific community)

I'm gonna do this, this poo is meant as a reminder for myself :-)
