Description:
Samba 4.12 removes its own crypto and moves to GnuTLS. This move, together with a FIPS validated GnuTLS, will allow to run it with FIPS, and will increase performance. More details at: https://www.samba.org/samba/history/samba-4.12.0.html

Manual testing is already done on SLEs15 SP3 Build150.1.

Test done in SLE15 SP3 snapshot10 (B150.1) with samba-4.13.4 in FIPS mode. Will try to import the existing samba case into fips mode in openQA first and enhance it later.
