Observation

With qemu version detected: 3.1.1.1 uefi bootmenu was shown, qemu version detected: 4.2.1 does not show this menu by default.
Looks like uefi_bootmenu was not used anymore as the uefi part on aarch64 was done in boot_to_desktop

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP1-Server-DVD-Incidents-Minimal-x86_64-grub2_btrfs@uefi fails in
uefi_bootmenu

Test suite description

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build :17498:lvm2

Expected result

Last good: :17283:util-linux (or more recent)
