I suspect that this happens because go is only in the PackageHub repo for SLE12SP5 - and PackageHub doesn't seem to be enabled on that scenario.
As PackageHub is not supported, I would simply drop that test for SLE12SP5.

Indeed Go is only in SLE 15SP1 and newer outside of PackageHub.

This would seem good to me.
