Description
Picking just one list "users.hu.lists.o.o", and there are 9 messages awaiting moderation, all from non-members. It is of course all spam, but it was never a problem before. I've checked my moderation requests folder and I never had a single one for opensuse-hu.

My first guess - previously they would be rejected due to HTML content, but maybe the rule to deny was not migrated.

I have added a header filter to reject HTML messages, which is what this list had before. I expect that'll deal with all of these spammers.

This list now has 787 held messages, starting from around 29 June 2021. I have no idea where I added that filter :-(
There is also some 1100 non-members listed.
Under "Message Acceptance" I have changed handling of messages from non-members to "reject" instead of hold.

I guess the previous mlmmj setting was to reject non-member postings, a setting that was not migrated to mailman, where the default is to hold them for moderation. There is another ticket, #106849.
