Description
GNOME 3.38 changes the openQA graphical reboot process.
In order to avoid branching the reboot behavior based on gnome version, a common graphical reboot sequence should be adopted for throughout all products in sub reboot_x11, for GNOME.

As documented here after some research, it seems like a more robust way to check for gnome version and then based on this, branch the rebooting/clicking behavior.
