I'm now working on understanding where this test fails.

The test fails at starting wicked

wicked --debug all ifup wlan1

This is the part that fails. Wicked terminates with exit code 162

Forgot to mention: The bug is reproducible using the wpa_supplicant.zip standalone test on my updated local Tumbleweed VM.
