Lets stop skipping SCC For all tests

We should now have usable SCC keys for SLE12 SP1

Lets have the tests use them

NOTE: The missing GEO and WE keys should be coming in the future

NOTE#2: These keys should be extra useful/important for any upgrade/migration(wagon)/and zypper dup tests, like in Issue #7616
