Description

To avoid changing too much, I'm thinking of changing partitioner_ext4 to partitioner_filesystem and then take the FILESYSTEM= variable to flip between ext3, ext3, xfs, and ext4 (or even btrfs although that's redundant), similar to the sle11_partitioner but not nearly as complicated as SLE12/openSUSE is simpler

Refactoring this test needs to be done for openSUSE also

Just waiting to be merged, already needled and configured in the test suites (though the legacy 'BTRFS=1' and 'EXT4=1' variables need to be removed once this is live)
