Description

Observation

When going to openqa.opensuse.org/ and selecting "Login" in top-right corner one is directed to the "Ipsilon" login page. After confirming the login details one ends up with

Unable to connect

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1:3190.

or something equivalent for other browsers. This was mentioned by multiple persons today and I can reproduce in private window and other browser as well.

Today I could login again so the problem is not that severe. Not sure if it still happens so I will track the ticket in "Feedback" myself.

I did not change anything on our openID provider, so maybe one of the two haproxy configs in the middle was broken by someone for a bit? At least the public 'elsa' proxy had an older haproxy.cfg.

yes, haproxy sounds like a likely source of problem. So I understand that work on the proxy is done for now and it could have been a temporary problem that is fixed. Thanks for looking into this and responding quickly.
