I don't think this is a bug we can solve. It only concerns the development environment where you need to build the project yourself. Any sane operating system uses a build system that properly handles the dependencies. E.g. the Open Build Service that builds os-autoinst rebuilds os-autoinst whenever any of its dependencies change. This is the same for virtually any software with dependencies. I do not even think it makes sense to describe that in the documentation of os-autoinst because that is just the same for all software. Ok with the explanation and closing the ticket?</p>
