Description

From git grep we can see that SELECT_FIRST_DISK is only used for scheduling, so we could get rid of this setting once we migrate to yaml.
Similar approach was done for SLE in #68254

Scenario on TW to be migrated: https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1332885#settings

It's not scheduled for Leap, so no action required there.
