ML Mail delivery to @suse.de and @o.o broken

anna.i.o.o can not deliver mails to mx*.suse.de, for example

2020-06-23T19:21:30.019137+00:00 anna postfix/error[16008]: 023F5298C4: to=<cboltz AT opensuse.org>, relay=none, delay=0.01, delays=0.01/0/0/0, dsn=4.4.1, status=deferred (delivery temporarily suspended: connect to mx1.suse.de[195.135.220.2]:25: Connection timed out)

mailq currently has 26k mails - and a quick look shows that many of them are related to this problem.

FYI: I've increased the queue lifetime to prevent mail loss of these delayed mails (default is 5d):

bounce_queue_lifetime = 10d
maximal_queue_lifetime = 10d

FYI: looks like this was an issue with the new network equipment, deployed over the weekend. SUSE-IT fixed it after raising the urgency in the internal ticket system.

Mails are getting delivered now. One by one. Hour after hour. It will clearly take some time until the ~36k Emails will get delivered - but they will get delivered. Thanks to you, Christian!

Leaving it up to Ricardo to finish/close the ticket, once every fall-out is solved and systems are back to normal.
